The information on this Site is produced under the responsibility of the Antwerp-Bruges Port Authority, with the collaboration of the platform of and for companies and professional associations from the port of Antwerp (Alfaport-Voka), the Association Port of Zeebrugge Interests (APZI) and the Scheldt Left Bank Corporation (MLSO). The Antwerp-Bruges Port Authority, Alfaport-Voka, APZI and MLSO make every effort to ensure that the Site is accessible, correct, complete and up-to-date.

Privacy
The Antwerp-Bruges Port Authority, Alfaport-Voka, APZI and MLSO collect data on the clicking and surfing behaviour of visitors to the Site. The clicking and surfing data does not mean that these parties know who you are; however, your IP address is visible, although we do not relate it to your identity. The IP address solely provides information on the continent, country, region and town/village where the visitor is located. The exact location of an IP address can only be determined if necessary and in collaboration with the judicial authorities. This is based upon a justified interest for the parties in carrying out this processing.

The Antwerp-Bruges Port Authority, Alfaport-Voka and MLSO do not collect any other personal data, unless this is provided to them on a voluntary basis.
The Antwerp-Bruges Port Authority, Alfaport-Voka and MLSO are mindful of your privacy and will always act in this regard in accordance with the provisions of Belgian privacy law (Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of private life as regards the processing of personal data) and the European Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The visitor has the right to inspect and, as necessary, correct his/her personal data, as well as the right to erasure of his/her personal data.
